In 1991, Primex Coco Products, Inc. started with a capacity of producing only 7,500 Metric Tons of Desiccated Coconut, carrying a vision of producing nothing else but high grade quality Desiccated Coconut. Throughout the years, our founders have set the standard for excellence which made Primex as one of the leading Desiccated Coconut brands in the world. This factory alone currently has a rated annual capacity of 24,000 Metric Tons and now employs more than 1,500 employees.
Strategically located at the Desiccated Coconut Capital of the World in Candelaria, Quezon, this factory aims to continuously improve the quality of the high grade Desiccated Coconut it produces in order to set the new benchmark of the industry.
This factory is also home to the Coconut Milk Powder Production Facility of the group which has an annual capacity of 3,000 Metric Tons. This factory combines state of the art equipment with high dairy standard and quality systems to meet the sophisticated demands of the discriminating market today.
Primex Coco Products, Inc. is ISO:22000 FSMS (Food Safety Management System) & British Retailers Consortium (BRC) certified and is duly accredited by most of the world’s major confectioneries.
