Coconut Macaroons

Makes 60

Ingredients:
1 Kg. Primex Brand Desiccated Coconut
2 Kg. All Purpose Flour
1 Liter water
500 g Condensed Milk
50 g Sugar
50 ml Cooking Oil
Pinch of Salt
Procedure:

Preheat Oven to moderate 180°C ( 350°F/Gas 4). Line three to four 20x30 cm (8 x 12 inch) rectangular tin pan with baking paper.

1. Mix the Desiccated Coconut, All purpose flour, water, Condensed milk sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients combine together successfully.

2. Poor mixture into prepared tin; smooth surface. Bake 20 minutes or until cake is springy to the touch. Stand cake in tin 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool. Cut cake into 3 cm ( ¼inch) squares.
